Our Honeymoon!!!

With our Six Year Anniversary a few days ago, I've been feeling a bit sentimental lately.
So I've decided October will be our anniversary month! I do the same with birthdays- why limit the party to just one day?!
That time was precious to me- Shawn proposing, getting to plan my beautiful wedding, the big day, then the HONEYMOON!!! Seriously our favorite trip to date.

So today I'm reminiscing about our amazing honeymoon. We spent two amazing  weeks in the beautiful cities of Rome and Paris.
It was the first time to Europe for the both of us and we had the time of our lives! We both love history and tend to choose cities for our vacations over beach trips. We love to walk around and explore new places. So we figured Italy and France could not be a more perfect fit for our vacation!
Thank you, Husband, for giving us this incredible trip!

So I wanted to post a few of my favorite pictures from our trip, to have some on the ol' blog.
And I know everyone loves looking at other peoples' vacation photos;)

Part One- ROMA (said in my best Italian accent, which is terrible btw)
We arrived jet-lagged, without luggage. For real, no bags. It was super stressful and we tried to explain where we were staying to the American Airlines man who didn't speak English. But sure enough, the next morning they were dropped off to our apartment! We stayed in a private apartment rental just down the street from the famous Spanish Steps. It was just perfect. We strolled the ancient streets, ate incredible food, drank real coffee, ate tons of gelato, saw the sights, then repeated. Pure bliss!
